Tailoring
Tailoring encompasses several specialties, not just clothing. Cloth armor takes priority, next to stylish clothing. Many young and aspiring tailors pursue the fashion industry as that's where the money is at, and it allows them to express themselves in numerous ways. But there is a large community (and Guild) for those who prefer bedding, such as quilts, blankets, and ornate pillow cases. Stuffed animals and other curious items sell well, mostly marketed towards children.
Like herbalists, tailors were slow to unionize and form their own Guilds, and have consequently been exploited. While not as common today, there are some pockets of the world where workers are mistreated and paid low wages for their hard work. Large Guilds continue to call out and dismantle such organizations.
