Anniken has long white blonde hair, pale blue eyes, 5’7, and is missing half of her middle finger on her right hand. An acrobatic at heart, she enjoys jumping puzzles and stunning feats on the battlefield. She likes to have her own way, and was originally abrasive to everyone before accepting her fate and acclimating to Glasend. Anniken has, however, proven herself to be a good leader.
She’s in a relationship with Laken, and the two have had their ups and downs, but are determined to make things work.

Cass has dark brown eyes and black hair, commonly worn in a ponytail. She’s roughly 5’10. Not much of a people person, but eventually warmed up to most of the crew, even Pickles. She’s the sensible one in the group, often acting as the leader when pressed. Her closest ally is her familiar, a green heron named Jasper. A native to this strange world, she offers magical tips and training to her peers.

The main protagonist. Meike arrived in Glasend with a thick, curly afro, but has since gotten locs, dyed pink. Their eyes are a lighter shade of brown and they are 5'4" ft tall. Meike is inquisitive to a fault, hardworking, eager to please, and skittish at the idea of doing harm, even to dangerous monsters. They got bounced around fetch quests for awhile, though were eager to adapt to their new surroundings, unlike Anniken. Being a botany major and experienced in foraging for mushrooms and plants, they were fairly equipped for survival and their new career path.
As a mage, they have befriended several animals and monsters along the way:
- Aleksei: A thornback bear cub, with blueish thorns that'll darken with age.
- Saffron: A timid rabbit and Meike's first attempt at taming an animal.
- Vivica: A wolf Meike healed and has convinced to join the gang...for now.
🪓 Pickles Barkenshire, Jr

He’s a large orange corgi, who alternates between walking on two legs or four. He has small, rat-like paws in his bipedal form. Cute, but kind of an asshole, and the reason why Anniken is missing half a finger. Despite his gruff nature, he has provided the gang with sound advice and encouragement. Arguably one of the strongest members of the party, with a ferocious bite and affinity with axes.
⚔️ Theodore "Teddy" Pengrass

A little on the short side, but still growing. He has messy black hair and wears a long black coat with tons of hidden pockets. His most valued possession is a giant's petrified toe. He's rather immature and often overextends, but he is capable of holding his own. Teddy has great potential to be a celebrated adventurer—once he grows up. He catches some flack from most the team, but Meike tries to be patient with him, and has seen that he’s capable of growth.

A young girl with short brown hair and dark brown eyes, she comes from a lesser noble house. She attends to Laken, with hopes of becoming a knight when she's of age. As a young-knight-in-training, most of her duties involve carrying Laken's shield, following them into battle, studying the blade, and keeping them on task.

Laken wears heavy black armor, with clawed gloves and a wicked helmet fashioned in a dragon’s screaming face that obscures all but their eyes—a vivid cerulean, beautiful despite their harsh cold gaze. A renowned knight, known for their fighting prowess and bravery. One of their grandest feats involved slaying a dragon. They also have a reputation for flirting with pretty women, much to the disdain of Char and their partner.

Maggie has the body of a human woman with green skin, but the head of a giant Venus flytrap. Large, fan-like leaves flank her sides, and vines lead from her head to her feet. She has large fangs and no eyes, yet has some capacity for sight. Her diet consists of mushrooms and raw rabbits, which she likes to devour whole. This rich eccentric isn't a great mentor, but can be quiet generous with her apprentice.

Moira is a young woman with brown eyes and wears her hair in long braids. She has a very defined air about her, and is serious about her craft. Native to Laeford, she studied as an apprentice to Madame Claudette, an esteemed alchemist in her field. Moira dabbled in adventuring when she was younger, but retired after a traumatic incident. She's currently involved in unspoken alchemical research with her guild.

Patches is fairly laid back and has a good sense of humor. It is deaf, sign language being its preferred method of communication, but it doesn't mind using the Mythic Script or basic writing, depending on the person.

A small rat with silky brown fur, and intact ears and tail. Small for ver age, likely due to malnutrition while living in hiding. Ver eyes are bright and sharp, however. Skrenkak used to belong to an adventuring group that targeted high value targets, such as dragons, ransacking hoards of wealth. Young Skrenkak was eventually forced out of the group, but not before being robbed of most of ver valuables.

Looks strong and scary, but is actually very gentle and kind—unless you’re a shithead to her friends and the weak. She can scare most men into submission with a mere glare, but is happier when left to her own devices, preferably surrounded by books and strong ale. She was later approached to decipher the troll record book, being well versed in multiple languages and the world beyond Lexanard's borders.

Retired Adventurer, from a country outside of Lexanard. She settled down in Saincaster, where she opened a shop selling medicinal and stat boosting teas. Her wicked talons and beak give most people pause, but she doesn’t put them to use unless she or her community are being threatened.

A woman with long black hair. She dresses in heavy robes while at her main shop, but opts for something lighter if she's working at her stall. She's a well known herbalist in the area, having started at fourteen, and had her own shop by her early twenties.

A mysterious figure draped in heavy robes that conceals their figure. Only their eyes are visible, the colors changing upon each meeting. Joie came to Zachick an undetermined time ago. Some people insist they've been here for decades, other say it's only been months. They've supposedly traveled across the world before settling in Lexanard, and have extensively mapped out unknown areas. Their clients are mostly adventurers and mages.

Wands, staffs, and other magical tools are his specialty. When not crafting, he likes to chop wood in his spare time, and donates the excess to the community.
