Crystal Forest: A forest where everything is made of crystal, including the monsters and foliage. Crystal reindeer, golems, treants, etc. can be found here.
In the middle of all this are the ruins of a research community. Some unknown experiment wrecked havoc on the surroundings, transforming mundane creatures into monstrosities. The original protectors employed by the alchemists still patrol the area. These fearsome golems don't seem to realize their human charges are long deceased.
